I’ve started realizing recently how much routine roof upkeep really matters, particularly for homes near the coast. Stuff like periodic inspections and catching small problems early seem to help a lot when it comes to avoiding larger repair costs down the road. I used to think roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age definitely adds up as time goes on.
